National Implementation Manager, Densification


The National Implementation Manager, Densification is responsible for national delivery of 5G wireless carrier installations with our extensive convenience and retail store partners in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The NI Manager directs site development, engineering and regulatory compliance vendors and Eco-Site project staff to accomplish customer and Eco-Site goals and objectives while working closely with internal departments such as Sales, Legal, Accounting and Construction. The NI Manager is accountable for communication with and understanding motivations of retail store partners and wireless operators at multiple organizational levels.

  • Lead a team focused on timely delivery of wireless solutions in a high-volume environment
  • Track and coordinate sites from search rings to project milestones to construction completion under the direction of the Vice President of Operations
  • Ensure accurate tracking of project data in company systems, file complete deliverables in a timely manner and run database reports in both internal and external programs
  • Prepare and process required documents including purchase order requisitions, vendor qualifications and agreements, site punch lists, closeout packages, etc.
  • Ensure correct approval signature(s) are present on all relevant documents
  • Expand and develop knowledge regarding customer needs, site acquisition, due diligence, design, and construction of densification solutions
  • Direct process reviews and contribute suggestions to provide ongoing improvement to company processes
  • Develop strong relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate the overall deployment process
  • Assist in the development of tracking & reporting tools and IT requirements to enhance the deployment process
  • Participate in deployment meetings
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects that involve site acquisition, zoning and permitting of new wireless sites
  • Demonstrated experience reporting progress and task level status and forecast information to wireless carriers in a deployment or site development environment
  • Prior management of staff or contract staff or vendors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, & Power Point
  • Ability to provide clear direction to multiple sources on multiple projects
  • Present willingness to perform tasks beyond standard goals and objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be willing to travel
  • Self-motivated, able to work in a team and independently
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record and reliable transportation



  • Required, minimum 10 years of project management experience in telecommunications
  • Experience in small cell, scalable wireless solutions helpful
  • College degree preferred or equivalent industry experience
